My name is Charissa Howard and I am originally from Belton, SC. I served 30 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Administrative Staff Non-Commissioned Officer and Inspector General Staff Non-Commissioned Officer and would like to continue my professional and personal growth within your organization. I graduated from Averett University earning both Master and Bachelor degrees in Business Administration.
I am now serving as a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant where I received the Presidential Award in 2021 and the Winning Spirit Award in 2016 and 2018 for my outstanding service to the customers that we provide support to on a daily basis.
I have a proven track record of my ability as a leader, mentor, trainer and a motivator. I excel working both independently as well as in a team environment; quick to assess the current situation and then develop and institute corrective action to improve productivity. I continue to support the Ronald McDonald House, the Hands Up Outreach Ministry, the Cheryl Jackson-Tyler Foundation and the Lola Mercedes Parker Foundation for my community service.
