About the event
Join us for the 2026 I³ Symposium — Inform, Inspire, Ignite — a three-day experience hosted by the Lola Mercedes Parker Foundation in Miami, Florida, October 16-18, 2026.
Three days of powerful sessions, expert speakers, hands-on workshops, and networking designed to empower Black professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Topics cover education and career pathways, health and well-being, and financial mastery.
Saturday evening features the I³ Gala — a formal fundraising event with live entertainment. Proceeds support the Foundation's mission of economic empowerment for Black business and professional women.
Youth symposium attendance is FREE. Formal attire required for the Gala.
